Our standard on every shipment
This applies to a single box truck and to a full project cargo move.

We match the truck and route to the size of the load, so you don't pay for a bigger truck than you need.
Reliable
Every shipment has one person in charge you can reach from loading to unloading.
Dedicated
For project cargo, our team surveys road access and the unloading site before loading day.
Partner network
For inter-island routes we work with shipping lines, cargo airlines, agents in the destination city and insurers.

Questions we often get
We answer WhatsApp messages Monday to Saturday, 09:00 to 17:00 WIB.
How long does delivery to Sulawesi or Kalimantan take?
For port cities such as Makassar or Balikpapan, usually 7 to 12 days from Cikupa, depending on the sailing schedule. Destinations beyond the port need extra time by road. We include the estimate with the rate quote.
What if my load is wider or taller than a standard truck?
We check the dimensions and weight first, then survey the route and the unloading site. For loads beyond road limits, we arrange permits and an escort before loading day.
What documents do I need to prepare?
Two documents: a delivery note and a packing list. For heavy equipment and machinery, include the dimensions and weight from the manufacturer's specification. For inter-island shipments, we help prepare the shipping documents.
Can I insure the shipment?
Yes, on request. Cover follows the declared value of the goods.
Do you carry chemicals?
Some types, yes. We check the type and documents before we quote.
