Two ways to ship
Full truck
One truck just for your goods, straight from the loading site to the destination.
Shared load
Your goods share a truck with other shipments going the same way, so the cost is lower.
Another island? The truck goes on the ferry.
For Sumatra, Bali and the other islands, our truck boards a Ro-Ro ferry with its load, so the cargo does not need unloading at the port.

When can a truck come for pickup?
For Greater Jakarta, usually one to two working days after you approve the quote. For other areas, we include the schedule with the quote.
Can I get updates on where my shipment is?
Our person in charge messages you when the cargo is loaded, when the truck leaves, when the ship docks (on inter-island routes) and when the cargo reaches the unloading site.
Does the cargo need packing first?
For machinery and fragile goods, we recommend a timber crate or pallet. We can prepare it at our warehouse before loading.
